Scope

This Policy applies to personal information handled through this website and our business communications. It does not apply to information processed through a flaxmor customer deployment where a customer determines the purposes and means of processing. In those circumstances, the customer’s privacy terms may apply.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form or communicate with us, we may collect your first and last name, work email address, company name, and the contents of your communications. If you engage with us as a customer, prospect, partner, supplier, or event attendee, we may also collect your role, business contact details, and records of those interactions.

Information collected through the website

Our hosting, security, and related service providers may process standard technical information when you access the website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information from public sources, professional networks, partners, event organizers, or service providers, subject to applicable law.

03

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to questions and requests;
  • contact you about flaxmor products, services, pilots, and events;
  • establish and manage business relationships;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with law and protect our rights; and
  • create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, performance of or steps toward a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

04

How we share information

We may share personal information with vendors that help us operate our business, including website hosting, security, email, contact-form delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, and professional advisers. Our website contact form delivers submissions to our email inbox through Google Workspace, our email provider.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to respond to lawful requests; to protect flaxmor, our users, or others; or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

05

International transfers

We and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards intended to protect personal information transferred across borders.

06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to requests, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
